OMG This was great!! If your into your zombie Movies your love it :D .Also to address the comments above me.. @ shane , did you actually watch the movie? The quality is fine , its starts off with an old grain effect to the movie(its part of the effect at the beggining) BUY the dvd if its not up to your High definition tastes ,remeber its FREE and @ prettyandsmart .. We are all entitled to our opinions but "kind of cheesy" is just a stupid comment to make , what did you EXPECT from a zombie movie that in its title says" A female cop wakes from a coma only to discover herself in a bizarre hospital filled with flesh-eating zombies" , did you think it was going to be the next shutter? ... If you like hot Asian Girls fighting crazy zombies then dont be put off by the above comments, this is well worth a watch 8/10 for Zombie fun.

Very likable movie. It has no false pretenses to build a plot. It respects the Aristotelean principles of tragedy : 3 to 4 characters, unity of space and time. The main actress delivers.

Pretty bad!!!

Wow, that was... interesting. The title is ZONBI DEAD, though. The misspelled title pretty much sums up the whole viewing experience. Lackluster and wandering plot, knock-off zombies, and either poor scripting or poor translation married to mediocre acting make this an easily missable film. However, I did get the sense that the creators _wanted_ to make an enjoyable zombie romp, they just had very little to work with.

Now, can anyone answer a question for me? In the final scene I could not quite figure out what one of the characters meant. Were all of the people in the hospital initially dead and had been reanimated?

Whoa! man this really fired some people up. hey listen I aint seen this movie. But I can tell I\'d probably like it. but I have always enjoyed b mocvies. Hell some iof the best Ive seen have been B movies. But seriously I would likely be on Decents side on that arguement I have a brother in law who wont watch a movie more than 10 years old coz the fx all need to be up to date for him. Is that a fair measurement? And Robbwl we can argue about whether or not he or she was appropriate (Dark-Decent) about their comment, but you definitelty (Robbwl) were not. I have an infatuation with asian women, not a preference but I definitely love em, half the reason I watch asian horror or any horror is for the women. The other half is the actual movie, I mean really in a lot of horror the only thinkg new is the women and the Graphix. So am I a pervert? How is that a fair measurement?

You ain\'t kidding Russ! I thought that this was going to be another one of those Anti-American fake documentary films that that fat greasy rich guy makes. His name escapes me a the moorement.
I am kind of bothered by people that come on here as if they had no idea that we are dealing with different cultures, movies that have limited budgets by the virtue that they are horror films and are made in countries (Including Japan) where movies costing more than a US$1,000,000 to produce are as rare as Running Zombies . For SOME of us, the culture lesson; that peek behind the curtain of what scare people here and there is more than half the delight here. We all realize that this is not the Oscar\'s short list here. There will be no red carpet openings with search lights for almost anything here. But you know what, there is NO PLACE I would have rather been than here right now. the only good thing about this movie is the title. Crappy acting, plot and did i say acting? The whole movie, I was waiting for something exciting to happen. Nada, nothing, zip!! Talk about a low,low budget film. Oh yeah, both girls are really cute.

This is the NUMBER ONE! worst movie, I've ever seen on this site.

I can't feel any terrifying atmosphere that's not betrayed by the cheezy acting of the "zombie". It's practically a zombie with steroids that moves and acts just like a human - especially the chase scene of the gal wearing the surgical clothing.

The make up quality (zombie) is as good as seeing a college student dressing up for Halloween, with a low budget attitude for a scare.

And seriously... I don't get how dressing sexy with soo much exposed skin can possibly help you survive a bite from a zombie... Well in the worse case scenario; you do look good dying... lol

I feel more scared watching the asian-horror movie ads in the first few min of the show than the actual movie.
