Although I do love the short story ones, this is one of those ones that I really don\'t understand no matter how many times I watch it. I don\'t think it\'s her mother either. I mean she would have recognize her and opened the door for her. But, I guess you can argue that something happened to her mother and she started hallucinating, but that doesn\'t explain the ending where her classmate saw it as well.

OR

it can be said something like she committed a murder or there was an accidental death and now everyday she sees the dead victim. Knocking at her door. Then finally she loses it and opens the door it and......okay I lost my train of thought. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this one.

Since it\'s only a short film(?) I can only assume that the bloody woman was either a real ghost or the girl\'s hallucination since she is sick.

Because her mother is too busy to come home and actually take care of her, she finally let the ghost(?) in.

I agree with the fact that this may be a horror personification of mensturation, because the bloody girl looked like the sick girl. And lets be honest, mensturation makes you really ill sometimes, so I can see this theory fits more so than anything else. Makes sense to me anyways. :P

I\'m with LoL\'s theory. This is part of a TV show that was very popular in Japan; all of the stories are 5 mins. long. While the menstruation theory is a valid one, I don\'t believe it to be the case as this is a TV show and they don\'t generally get into personal female hygiene on TV in Japan. I think it\'s like LoL said; it is a genuine ghost that she finally let in and allowed it to be her \"mother\".

Hey, I got a theory. What if, because she\'s been \'sick\' so long, she was actually dead, and was the ghost (explains why she is so pale and they look the same). She was scared to open the door because she saw herself, but let her dead body back in when she realized she was dead, and didn\'t want her friend to see or know it was her, and that is why she was cleaning up the blood! That is probably also why the bloody body came to that house and rang the bell, and why it wasn\'t going to hurt her! ^-^

Well, She seemed like she \"saved\" her friend at the end which was actually pretty ok. but then that bloody woman, who the heck was she and where the hell did she come from? I mean, yes her mom didn\'t come home from work, is it her mom? wait, it can\'t be her mom because after the woman came, she called her mom for her to get off work early.

i agree with the time of the month theory it fits better than any of he other explanations, but i thought it was a bore, nothing to it, yeah its simple alirht! simply boring, nothing spooky about it and tbh i dont care if it was a representation of a womans cycle, her mother haunting her, her own ghost, blah blah, it just wasnt interesting enough to get me bothered trying to figure out if there was or wasnt a hidden plot lol.

It was her period lol. How its called the "visitor". She's cleaning up its "messes", binge eating on chips, clingy and moody hah. And she was able to control the bloody ghost when the friend was over. Saying "stop" as if to say, "not now!" and the friend can see the bloody ghost because its her realizing that she doesn't have a cold, she's on her period. But yea they made her menstration the "ghost". funny.
