Wow-I have the four disc collection and yet I don\'t recall seeing this one-might there actually be MORE Tales of Terror? Awesome-for anyone that hasn\'t seen them, they all are only allowed to be 5 minutes long. Some are instant classics, some cheesy, some just plain bad. But one thing I can say for sure, they are always fun!

moon kana, do you know when exactly is the release date of Kuroi Shojo and Shiroi Rojo? I\'m awaiting those with GREAT anticipation.

As for this, I was extremely pleased. My hubby jumped half a ceiling out of shock from the lady\'s face. :) Mission was a success!

I\'m sorry but if you haven\'t seen Rattle rattle then this might be scary to you. But if you have, then it is really stupid. It has its moments but I wouldn\'t recommend it.

This is like one of those movies your friends make you watch then the face of the girl from the Exorcist pops out and you jump but then you laugh at yourself. Some of you guys are being way too harsh; it was 5 minutes, how deep and chilling did you expect it to be? Lighten up.

OK, to be clear as to what this is: This is one segment of a series of shorts collectively called _Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro_ distributed by Tokyo Shock with an English title of _Tales of Terror From Tokyo and All Over Japan_ Each segment is about 5 minutes long, and supposedly based on some urban legend / campfire story, though I have my doubts about that. This made-for-TV series streches to 70-some-odd segments spanning across 4 DVDs plus a movie spinoff with another 30 or so segments. Each segment is completely independant of the others, not necessarily sharing any cast or crew, so the tone is naturally going to be uneven ranging from black comedy, to \"yell boo\" to creepy ambiguity. The quality will also obviously be uneven. The ones here are from the movie, and so are not included in the box set you\'ll see people referring to, but are on a different DVD sold separately.

This particular segment isn\'t bad, but also doesn\'t impress me that much. I like some of the ones on the next page (the SEE MORE HERE link above) quite a bit.

I\'ve seen this a few times already, but the first time, i didn\'t see the ending because i had to do something. I rewound it and happenned just before the ending. I have a 62 inch tv that\'s hooked to my computer, so as I pushed play and looked up at the screen(computer on floor next toit), It scared the f\'ing HELL out of me (images are about life-size.) it\'s great to have this site on that big of tv because it\'s hella good!
