A master sculptor and his apprentice are trapped in a bad snow storm after finding a special tree for carving a statue for the local temple.

Finding refuge in an abandoned hut they celebrate their luck n finding the tree but soon they are visited by the Snow Witch who freezes the sculptor to death but takes pity on the apprentice. He must promise to never speak of this or she'll return and kill him..

This is a great Movie , Its the same story as the snow witch in kwaidan.I absolutely loved it.The cinematography is amazing.

I noticed with alot of Japanese folklore that the ghost isn't always pure evil.Its a bit like sadako she wasn't pure evil , but people around her had her turn evil.

I really liked this version as much as the one of Kwaiden. I was upset at the the end though, when he was searching for the eyes of his statue, that when he decided to use Yukis' that they did not show the statue at the end. I was really thinking they would have shown it. However, it was still most excellent. Thanks so much for posting this one.

Yeah, because I am sure admin is going to remove a film that works for 9/10 people...try fixing the problem on YOUR end and stop blaming the site for your computer issues!
