I lol-ed every time granny showed up with the basketball, especially when she gave molester brother a taste of his own. I cant say it was scary- loved Toshio caterwauling at the toy dog! 7/10 tho

I\'ve never used used Safari but I\'ve also never heard of anyone else having that problem so Safari might just be the problem. Do you have Firefox? If not theres a button on the front page that you can click and download it. Let me know if that solves the problem, if not we try something else. Good luck.

This movie was ok, but it couldve been better ..... for example the granny ghost was not that scary cause , of the week performance from the actor ! Above all this movie was ok , 4.5/10

lamemovie- because this is Ju-On and remember in part two the mother found the picture of our beloved Ju-On family in the kitchen? This movie is also in the format of the Ju-On television series following each person involved in the curse. And then I think the basketball granny stemmed from this story because she was featured in a Japanese Horror short. So this is the regular Ju-On Story expanded. You see, its not the original house, the curse was spread to other houses. It is explained in the Ju-On television series. You see, the series is similar in plot to the American The Grudge 2. The main ghost spreads and other women become her and same for the husband- he spreads to the men and the men start to act psychotic. Its a complicated situation, but not really if you are familiar with the plot line which is scattered about different movies, tv shows and stories.

This was just an amazing movie i loved it from start to finish. Ju-on has always been one of those movies that can scare me the american version is to bases on trying to scare you insted of trying to tell the story. The story makes this movie so awsome.

Actually I have heard of other people using Mac having that problem. I really know nothing about it so I wouldn\'t be much help. If you click the full screen button in the video player it should be fine.

Ju-On doesn\'t disappoint, and only happens to even improve on the previous. This time, the actual story was incredible. And the cameo by Toshio was much appreciated! Can\'t wait for Ju-On Kuroi Shoujo.

This movie was good, I wouldn\'t say scary though, the old lady made me laugh more than anything but the ending was nice yet sad, I did enjoy it but I prefer previous versions.

is everyone kidding? this movie was the furthest thing from scary i\'ve ever seen. your reviews amaze me. what are you all six years old? five? do u piss the bed at night? does your mother still tuck you in and read you bedtime stories? your all on drugs. the scary scenes and background music actually made me laugh. it was so corny. what the hell was up with the basketball? was granny looking for someone to play with?? the american version of the grudge was actually better than this movie. yes, i just said it. please, PLEASE heed my warning and do NOT watch this movie. this is coming from a die hard asian horror movie fan who KNOWS a good horror movie when she sees one.

This was the crappiest Ju-On movie ever. Low budget, terrible acting, HORRIBLE story. They\'re just recycling the same crap over and over. A basketball wielding grandma?! WTF is that about?!

The first Ju-On movie was CLASSIC. This is pure garbage. Anyone who actually thought that was scary must be a bunch of sissies.

hey, there is no need to offend people here in a personal way; taste is subjective, so some people like a movie and some not; everybody can post his/her opinion in a normal way, but I am reading so often just stupid and partly really insulting comments here and i hate that; dont offend people who have a different opinion than you, if you dont aggree, say it in a normal and respectful way

those insulting comments should just be ignored. true asian horror fans know that this film is very stylistic of the director, an homage to the tv series tales of terror which the director has many directed and written himself. a series which is produced by Takashi Shimizu himself the director of the original Ju-On who has also directed and written some tales of terror. And of course to each his/her own. i can like what i want. Basketball Ghost FTW!!!!!!

I thought the Basketball Ghost was sad. You know in the beginning that the grandmother was senile, then something so horrific happens to her like that. It\'s like she doesn\'t understand that she\'s dead and still just want\'s someone to ecknowledge her.

I agree, it wasn\'t scary but it was fun to watch. I also have to admit granny made me laugh-seeing a senile old woman with a basketball just does that to you. The part where she takes care of big brother is perfect,imo-the bastard had that coming! As for Toshio, he made me laugh, what with him caterwauling at a toy dog. Pretty funny stuff all while advancing the Ju-On storyline, as JadeMoon has already explained so well!

I thought the creepy factor was just about right, and am anticipating Kuroi Shoujo now. Thanks for subbing and uploading.

Good film , although the weakest of the Grudge Films, with the exception of Grudge 3 USA. Bassketball Granny was scary, but I am refering to her pre-deceased dementia persona. In death, she was osrta cute and funny. 7/10 for me
