Oh great , I love Noroi and the mockumentary style of Asian Horror Movies.

Im on part 6 at the moment and omg its so intriguing , I really need to know what its all about.

That was neat, not as good as Noroi in my opinion but indeed made in the same style. This had less plot detail but it was still an ok watch. Does tend to drag at some points.

Great film, 8/10. This is a great film, definitely worth watching. The plot is very original and acting very good too. I really wanted to watch it right to the end. And the end, is worth watching twice just in case I missed something. Some similarities to Noroi, but I think this one is better.

Koji Shiraishi is the greatest! Keep uploading his films on here 'cause as far as I'm concerned you can't go wrong. A Must watch along side Noroi.

Now I know what people mean when they comment, "WTF". This was one of those WTF movies with a WTF ending.

I did enjoy it throughout, but it still seems as though something is missing. I can only rate this one 3.5/10. Points taken away for these needless political and perhaps racist comment in the end of the movie when they former cameraman is told about the 100,000 people died from the infected meat from the USA. That is not even funny, and considering how many people get sick in restaurants in Japan because kitchen workers don't see any need to wash their hands after they take a shit, they do not have a lot of room to make unqualified slams like that.

On the other hand, the film maker shows us a side of the Japanese population that others tried for many years to insist did not exist, that being the homicidal mentally ill and chronically jobless Japanese citizen.

Sorry for rambling, I am usually more concise in my comments.

Movie was excellent; if you like Noroi, you are most certainly going to like this one. The mystery keeps you going as you try and make sense of it all. Very entertaining and great creepy music!

Frightening, the ending was frightening for me...I had to cover my ears. Overall a good movie.

The comment about the infected meat isn't racist at all. Most beef in Japan is imported from the USA. It has nothing to do with race.
Your comment about Japanese kitchen staff not washing their hands is a stereotype based upon nothing. There is no evidence to suggest that Japanese kitchen workers wash their hands less than other nationalities. YOUR COMMENT WAS RACIST. If you were more intelligent, this wouldn't need explaining to you.

Well, like my father says, they can't all be masterpieces..
It took me days to finish watching this because it was just so... uninteresting. I really don't understand the mockumentary/cinema vérité thing, since you -know- it's not real, so what is even the point?
Still, my completist compulsion got the better of me, and I'll probably watch Shiraishi's other stuff too...
