It's Kazuki Kitamura, 1st victim from 'Freezer',Dead or Alive, Azumi etc...he even made a short appearance in 'Kill Bill' as one of the masked yakuzas. I really like his style: evil looking with minimal effort. As for the film,it's interesting!, short, but has a detailed background story, worth a watch. but I think it's one of those flicks you either like or hate. Cheers admin for posting another gem...Please post the other ones from that series m(_ _)m
