This movie is OK/good. It gives the atmosphere of romance/vengeance/horror together smoothly. Last but not least, the female starring for ghost (woranuch wongsawan) is so pretty :) .... the first

nice movie thanks

It is a simple story full of color and traces of beautiful music. You really start caring for the characters while they make efforts to keep themselves faithful to the band and, at the same time, wishing for better days. It is also a story of love and loyalty with transitions of violent and bloody scenes which, strangely enough, feel natural to the melodic pace of the movie.
The movie is not perfect and has several flaws and weaknesses but it is, in the end, a really nice, original and enjoyable film.

I give it 7/10. Was a bit blurryin fullscreen mode. Story okay though I wonder about the sacrifice for your stepfather thing. That's a little weird and kind off grossed me out wondering if their relationship was incestuous well as they weren't related i'll say 'inappropriate'

@ Snape- It was not an incestuous relationship. On the contrary the stepfather did not even pay any attention to her. She just wanted to be useful to him like a good daughter or son wants to be for their parents. It is also a cultural difference of eastern and western. The concept of sacrifice for the loved ones is taken very seriously in the eastern cultures. It is fading away very slowly under influence of the west but it is still more emotionally ingrained in our psyche. So that is why it may seem fanatic or disturbing but it is just a story about culture and its effect on our lives. BTW I am not Thai but I am Asian and I can relate to this way of thinking.(That does not mean I will let someone skin me alive, etc)lol!
All SAW movies show a lot of sacrifices and difficult decisions. That is why they are really terrifying and not just because of the gore, see?

this was one of the greatest movies iv seen so far it definatly diserves 10/10 great plot/ story line touching romance mixed with vagance worked realy well tnx for uploading wont forget this movie 4 a while now its a must see!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked this movie very much it is not very scary but the story and the acting make up for that. Asianlover you have it partly right. Sacrifice comes in many forms some are normal like working for your family business for room (not getting any money for the sake of the company) and board or watched your siblings children every night so they can work. The sacrifice in this story is the other kind way too extreme!It is actually considered murder. She was so desperate to give that she was taken advantage of, that's just unfair.It does show how far a disturbed person will go for those they love and can not please any other way but it also shows she wants to love so much even her spirit can have a relationship. Many cultures put giving of yourself for your family as the best thing anyone can do, and I agree with that. It is sad to see so many not hold family as the most sacred and important thing. Sorry I am off topic.
The film is awesome you will not be sorry you watched it. Sad moving and it has great Asian Horror Movie moments!
By the way I am from the west I am young, I give exactly what I said above to my family and I took care of a parent until he died did not stick him in a home. Not all western people are so self centered, but I understand your comment and respect everyone's right to free speech.

not all horror movies can move me into tears...this is definitely a tragic love story of Thip and Ping entwined in traditional Thai music. Bravo to Perng Mang!
