As soon as she ripped at the flowers and knocked over everything I felt my stomach drop. That was so freeking creepy, it's like she thinks it's her mum and is all happy about it ...but little does she know.. UGH creepy.

Is AHM producing/making these shorts? They should save that money and get better video hosting sites. I have donated before and have not seen an improvement with the uploaded links. I have never had trouble like this with and other established video sites...please, show where our donations are going.

At the risk of offending the Pubaahs of Asian Horror Movies, I will have to somewhat agree with Meow.

However, Meow might not be aware that AHM and its fans will sometimes merely locate some of these harder to locate A-Horror Movies and a link is provided here on AHM. And there may be some lack of awareness as to AHMs income and the related expenses. Overall, I feel that the powers at AHM are spending the meager revenues in an efficient manner, considering the amount of donations (not donors) that is really brought in, along with the income from ads. And there is NOTHING wrong with the guys making a few extra Yen, Baht, Ringgit, Pisos, or Won for their pockets.

This is a QUALITY SITE (and SIGHT for that matter), last I checked it was # 200 in the world for site visits, so I would gather that others agree. Nevertheless, there is always room for improvements and as far as I have seen over the past few years, AHM does keep improving.

So, let's keep our comments and suggestions coming in like "Meow" has, but let's also take a few seconds to thank the AHM Guys for the great work that they have been doing on this Top Notch site.

this short is to Kairo what "ju rei: the uncanny" was to ju-on. Although there was a decent amount of tension built up throughout the thirteen minutes, they blew it on the ending. It just wasn't satisfying or really startling. Honestly, a jump scare would have worked better; it certainly would in no way have "cheapened" the production, as it can't hold claim to a single original idea in the first place. The image that appeared on her screen showing the computer desk may as well have been ripped right from Kurosawa's film. I was almost hoping that they were going for parody. How can filmmakers do that in good conscience? This bastardization is prevalent amongst Asian horror filmmakers. People tend to slight the US horror remake trend but how often does an Asian director/production company film a veritable carbon copy of a successful horror film in cheap DV and try to market it as an original work?

I rather enjoyed this (as did Nozomi, my cat who watches stuff with me, no joke!) Creepy yet sweet, with a bit of "lol" thrown in. Surely that "AHM" type on the computer was a gag sub? It didn't actually say that, did it?

Halfway thru, I picked up my seat cushion and clutched it to my throat. I fell for the voiceover "ending." And then something in the hallway creaked just as the hand knocked the vase!! Majorly freaky!

lmao this is a horror film? it seemed more like a comedy that wasnt funny. i almost fell asleep through it. however this site does have some great movies. i think some are better then the american horror films. but this one sorry it was a waste of 13 min. :)
