I loved this movie, I love korean movies. Nice twist to the american story told when we were kids. Asian horror movies are awesome. Americans copy asian horror movie becuz all they can do is make lame slasher movies. Always a give away when that stupid music plays!!! Ghosts and spirits are scarier that a mad man cutting people up.

Americans can not come up with original movie ideas any more. But I agree Asian horror is always been much better then American horror, very true that ghosts & spirits scarier :D. That is why I am very happy to have found this site, it feeds my craving for Asian horror movies.

Another movie that made me want to watch till the end, to find out what the hell happened to those freaky kids! A must see at least once!

I give this movie 5 out of 5 stars. The over all acting, story and cinematography was great. I could see why this movie was classified as horror, what the children went thru was horrible. Worth watching! Great and original story!

Finally found time to watch this film and so glad I did. Excellent story line with creepy kids! But instead of Hansel and Gretel, it reminded me of a Twilight Zone show where a spoiled brat of a boy has the power to do whatever he chooses and his entire family is scared to death of him. they give him anything he wants to avoid being turned into giant bunny rabbits-or worse. Then a man comes to visit and is lured into the boy\'s trap. Just like in this movie, he is slow to figure out what is really going on and then how he\'s going to get out of it. Great movie-I give it a 4.5 out of 5.

I actually just excused myself for about 10 minutes so I could bawl my eyes out. Really. Incredibly sad, horrifically sad, movie. Excellent movie, great horror if the horror is to induce major tears. I feel like i have to swallow some anti-depressants with a 6-pack of coke and chase it with an energy shot just to get the brilliance of conveyance from this film outta my head.

I\'m gonna want to show this to everyone; although i still dunno if i should avoid it cuz i\'ll either look like a jackass, send some subliminal message to the guys that i want kids, or if by some chance, they\'ll somehow find it dumb or funny and then i won\'t feel so bad anymore.

Those kids really do have abandonment issues. The movie was predictable, the only thing that was left in suspense was how they obtained their...power? (I wouldn\'t know what else to call it. Gift?) I must say that I was disappointed in how they obtained their immortality. Not only that, but there appears to be discrepancy. It appears as though good ol\' SC gave them the limitless \"powers\" to fulfill their wants/needs/imagination; however the little boy seemed to have that esp the night before (I don\'t know if there\'s really a link between him and the tv breaking, but it seemed that way) and the kids said they obtained their gift through the book.

ebay has it for $10 but for a while this movie was harder to find than fucking osama bin laden

Beautiful and sad film. cherryblossom Hansel and Gretel is not an American story, it\'s a German story, by the Brothers Grimm. Is there any other good Asian horror based on fairytales? I guess the Red Shoes counts as one.
