The tenants of a seedy rooming house in Hong Kong think they're seeing a vengeful ghost when a strange girl arrives claiming to be the twin sister of a missing occupant.

The tenants begin to die one by one, and the detective investigating their apparent suicides discovers that whatever karma people give out comes back to them . . . twofold.

Man that kids death should\'ve been ,more creative, there was no reason for him not to die screaming and cursing his mom for giving birth to him. And why didnt the cop go into the hotel business with the hot japanes twins? thats what I\'d have done. Good movie, good ghost story, but it was a little slow.
