Hmm. This could have been a little better done. It tried too hard to be too many kinds of movie. And the overuse of jumpy noises to try to make scares was really annoying. But, when it plays up its strengths, there\'s some good stuff in the slow-paced character driven parts. I was really surprised by the _actual_ twist of the movie, and moved as well. The ending left me a little dissatisfied though, but that\'s OK, this is a pretty different kind of movie, kind of a cross between \"movie of the week\", teenie horror, and Asian melodrama. Well it works on most levels, so I recommend it if you can stand slow-paced, not-really scary stuff. And boy, man do these girls in this one have pretty hair!

Seriously tho, the movie wasn\'t scary and the loud noises created to make you jump were getting annoying.... but having said that, there were a couple of nice twists at the end that made it worth seeing, so enjoy!

I quite liked this film. If you are browsing comments to decide whether to watch this or not, I give my recommedation. If you enjoy movies with the twist, this one has that. If you get bored easily without action, avoid this. It\'s worth the attention in my opinion, but I understand some dislike these sort of films.

Wow, I feel sorry for Jing Jing (Real Name: Alice Tseng). She not only loses her memories and get double-crossed by the Cantonese people, but she herself had to alternate between speaking Mandarin and Cantonese in this one. What a stressful life she must have been living !!!
