LOVE the Death Note series, based on a manga. Great horror/sci fi film. Definitely worth seeing, but watch Part 1 first! Part 3 is listed under \"L\" Change the World.

The graphic novels are only just good enough to read. Watch if you always wanted to see a Shinigami (death god) in an episode of Columbo, one where Columbo is just not getting anything right. Yawn, the 1st one was ok...just ok...2/10

Yeah. Really awful. I come back for more? Why. I dont know. And Nanahara IS Raito. I\'m not quite sure why people liked this movie. I mean. This seriously isn\'t horror and it was awful compared to the manga. They crammed way too much at the end.

One of the best films on this site. Another must-see. While it isn\\\'t horror, it\\\'s still enjoyable. I recommend this to people who have AND haven\\\'t seen the anime or read the manga. In fact, I wasn\\\'t interested in either until seeing this movie and its predecessor. And there are some differences for those who are fans of the former, so you will have some surprises as well.

This picks up where the first movie left off.

Fujiwara Tatsuya (Nanahara Shuya of Battle Royale, Battle Royale 2) and Matsuyama Ken\\\'ichi (Tomohiki of Oyayubi Sagashi) are awesome in their roles of genuis rivals Light and L. They do not disappoint.

The entire live action Death Note trilogy is apart of my DVD collection thanks to this website. ^^

This isn't english dub... it has no subs and the dub is magyar. I don't know the language i just recognized it because several people in my country speak it.

I love this film 10/10 !! I cried when L died :'( I think that Ken'ichi Matsuyama plays L excellent ! {I'm his biggest fan!} Poor Watari 2.. The end was so sad ..like in the anime.. but it was expected... it is a drama film after all....The end of the film is different with the anime and manga but it was the same awesome !!I heard that US is gonna make a Death Note movie in 2011 :O Sooo i can't wait to see how it is gonna be and who will play L
