(Japanese 2006 Horror|Anime|classic) Ayakashi is a Japanese animated horror anthology telling the stories of classic Japanese horror fables.

The series is made up of three stories: "Yotsuya Ghost Story", an adaptation of the classic Japanese ghost story; "Goddess of the Dark Tower", based on the play by Kyoka Izumi; and Goblin Cat, an original story by Kenji Nakamura and Michiko Yokote.

I think being good is alright. But too good makes you weak and being weak gives other a chance to step over you or hurt you. So don\'t give them that chance but also don\'t be one of them (the cruel people)

In my opinion if a person take a life, he or she lost the right to live. This conversation can get rather complicated as it goes on. But stuff like self defense that could changes things. So is hard to determine things unless you know the whole story behind it.

with the creation of a fire arm (gun) later on, even the weak can be strong, all it takes is to pull the trigger and bang the victim fall to his or her eternal slumber. But the gun comes as Both good and bad, all it means is there going to be more deaths.

I have been a big fan of kwaidan--Japanese ghost stories. The Legend of Yotsuya is a very famous one in Japan. it is said that her shrine is in Tokyo and that Japanese actresses who play Oiwa, go to her shrine and offer prayers to her before performances. Very nicely done Anime.

this\'s my favorite story outa the 3. it\'s pretty fuckin raw.i also like how the japanese people actually look like japanese people in this anime.

anime fan-it\'s ussually being good that makes someone stop and think before they try to screw ya over actually. bein so afraid of people is what really makes ya weak. it is possible to have thick skin AND not be a douche. there\'ll always be assholes no matter how hard ya try to avoid it. if ya can rise above it and stay a decent human being, then that\'s real strength.

There's nothing scary or remotely spooky about this series, it's just incredibly depressing. Japanese ghost stories can be incredibly scary and sometimes even terrifying in retrospect but this was just dull, full of itself and depressing. Bleh

Being good isn't bad you can't be to good, but you should be careful because people always take as a sign of weakness or stupidity.
