Found it on Imdb but even that doesn't have a description. It does say it stars Simon Yam,Shengyi Huang and Jingchu Zhang but that's about it.

starts good but all in one for me it was a very boring and stupid film.. turns and twist are weak and for me it was a waste of time.

Synopsis: A middle-age man (Simon Yam) is released from 20 years incarceration in a Chinese prison after being convicted of attempted murder. He sets out a goal to understand why his fiancée betrayed him for another man and wishes the family to apologise for his incarceration. But his journey to find meaning and understanding is swayed by a series of events and individuals that lead to revenge and violence.

Oh and by the way, this movie is pretty good. The story isn't the best but overall directing and acting by Simon Lam at least was excellent. Not a bad way to spend 1.40 hours. Enjoy.

I found the first part boring. Good thing that I sat trough it. The second part was pretty cool and the ending fits neatly. But to call it a chinese version of "Silence of the Lambs" is ridiculous IMAHO. To be frank, to me, it's a sin. I don't like the hype about Hannibal the Cannibal but at least in "Silence of the Lambs" this character was a great antagonist.
Simon Yam is always a reliable actor, but the director needs some more experience, I believe. Altogether, I give this film a 7/10.

I enjoyed this movie simon yam is solid in the lead role as always,some of the comments above over hype the movie im my op but still this is a money i would recomend....7-10.....
